Meet your Coach

About Ian O’Laughlin

On a mission to help motivated, generous people rise to their highest potential and greatest impact.

You are here for a reason.

Maybe it’s because you want to check all of the boxes of a well-lived, fulfilling life—yet no matter what you read, do, or dream, you feel stuck in the same patterns.

Maybe it’s because you have this loud calling in your chest—a deep, undeniable pull toward something bigger—but no matter how hard you try to break it open, something keeps you playing small.

Or maybe you’re just tired of short-term results and want to experience the wild rush of growth, joy, and success that lasts.

I’ve been there, too.

For years (let’s be real—decades), I searched for answers. I studied psychology, neuroscience, meditation, yoga, and personal growth. I tried seminars and coaching. I read the books that seemed to work for others. I spent thousands.

Nothing created the permanent shift I craved—until I discovered a system that finally made everything click.

For the first time, I wasn’t just learning about success.

I was living it.

Unlike every other coaching method, seminar, or mindset shift I had tried, Thinking Into Results wasn’t about forcing a better mindset or trying to “fix” limiting beliefs first.

It started with something far more powerful: identifying a goal I truly loved.

Every other program had focused on mindset, belief systems, or the “how” of goal-setting. But this one taught me something different—when you set a goal that excites you at your core and intentionally focus on it daily, your mind naturally starts reprogramming itself to get there.

It showed me that the missing piece wasn’t more effort, more information, or more willpower—it was rewiring the subconscious patterns that drive 96% of our actions.

Once I experienced that shift, I knew I had to help others do the same.

The missing piece in so many spiritual traditions and philosophical approaches.

After more than 30 years coaching and being coached in the realm of meditation, mindset, and self-actualization, I finally found the missing link—a structured, strategic, and highly embeddable system of personal, professional, and profound growth.

—IAN O’LAUGHLIN, FOUNDER + COACH

I view coaching as being an active partner in your growth and success.

Thinking Into Results is powerful, but transformation doesn’t happen alone. Most people get stuck in old patterns because they don’t know what those patterns are—and they lack the structure, accountability, and push to create the results and momentum they need.

This is where having the right coach can make all of the difference.

In our work together, you will

  • Personalize the process—so that it aligns with your unique goals and challenges.

  • Gain clarity and focus—so you stop second-guessing yourself and take decisive action.

  • Bridge deep thinking with daily execution—so your vision becomes real, one step at a time.

  • Rewire rooted patterns—so lasting change happens from the inside out.

  • Build unshakable confidence—so hesitation disappears, and better decisions and actions become natural.

When you’re ready to grow, resistance always shows up. And when it does, I will show up with you. That’s why you need a coach who knows what’s coming—and how to guide you through it. If you’re ready to do the work, I’ll make sure you don’t do it alone.

What my clients say

The pie-in-the-sky amount of money I wanted to earn as my starting salary just came true. I’m in awe and shock—but maybe I shouldn’t be. My big takeaway is that I need to set the vision and plan—and be consistent in my planning. My hopes and dreams can be a reality if I’m patient.
— Rochelle F.
I have never felt as whole and content with myself as I have this past year. I feel like I walk on solid ground wherever I go and with whatever I do.
— Gail C.
Through vision and goal-setting I honestly feel I’ve been able to help myself—and, more importantly—others. I’m focused on my life purpose and am able to help others in my own way. I can’t thank you enough.
— Tony R.
This is the first time in my life that I have not put back on the weight I have released, so I am very happy!
— Pamela O.

Every single day, you decide who you are going to be.

In the smallest moments—when you hit snooze, put off the hard conversation, or wait “until you’re ready”—your mind reinforces what’s familiar.

What if today you chose to do something different?
